利用規約
はじめに
この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、yuka nitta（以下「運営者」）が提供するゲームアプリ「JEWEL FLOW」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（アカウント・データ）
本アプリはログインを必要とせず、端末ごとにプレイヤーIDを自動で作成します。アプリの削除や端末の故障・紛失などによりデータが失われた場合、引き継ぎコードを発行していない限り、復元できないことがあります。
第2条（プレイヤー名）
プレイヤー名は世界ランキングで他の利用者に表示されます。他人を傷つける言葉、わいせつな表現、個人を特定できる情報、他者になりすます名前などは使用できません。不適切と判断した名前は、予告なく変更・非表示にすることがあります。
第3条（ゲーム内アイテム）
ジュエル・クリスタル・かけら・宝石などのゲーム内アイテムは、本アプリ内でのみ使用できるもので、換金・譲渡はできません。ガチャの提供割合はガチャ画面に表示しています。
第3条の2（有料ジュエルの購入）
ジュエルは、App Storeのアプリ内課金で購入できます（以下「有料ジュエル」）。価格は購入画面に表示します。有料ジュエルは、法令に定める場合を除き払い戻しできません。ガチャでは、無料で手に入れたジュエルから先に使われます。未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得てから購入してください。購入の手続きと代金の支払いはAppleが行い、Appleの定める規約が適用されます。
第4条（禁止事項）
次の行為を禁止します。①不正なツールや改造によるスコア・データの操作 ②本アプリやサーバーに過度な負荷をかける行為 ③他の利用者や第三者への迷惑行為 ④法令や公序良俗に反する行為 ⑤その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為。違反があった場合、記録の削除や利用の制限を行うことがあります。
第5条（ランキング）
ランキングは総合（全期間）と週間（毎週月曜日にリセット）があります。不正の疑いがある記録は削除することがあります。
第6条（広告）
本アプリには広告が表示されることがあります。広告の内容は広告配信事業者が提供するもので、運営者はその内容について責任を負いません。
第7条（サービスの変更・終了）
運営者は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。これにより利用者に生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
第8条（免責）
運営者は、本アプリに不具合がないことを保証しません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
第9条（規約の変更）
運営者は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。重要な変更の際はアプリ内でお知らせします。
第10条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use (English)
Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the game app "JEWEL FLOW" (the "App") provided by yuka nitta. By using the App you agree to these Terms.
Account and data
No login is required; a player ID is created for each device. If you delete the App or lose your device without issuing a transfer code, your data may not be recoverable.
Player names
Your player name is shown to other players in the world ranking. Offensive, obscene or impersonating names and personal information are not allowed. Inappropriate names may be hidden or changed without notice.
In-game items
Jewels, crystals, shards and other in-game items can be used only in the App and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. Gacha rates are shown on the gacha screen.
Purchasing JEWEL
JEWEL can be bought with App Store in-app purchases ("paid JEWEL"); prices are shown in the shop. Paid JEWEL cannot be refunded except where required by law. Free JEWEL is used before paid JEWEL. If you are under 18, please get a parent's permission before buying. Purchases and payment are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Prohibited conduct
Cheating or modifying data, overloading the service, harassing others, illegal conduct, or anything else we consider inappropriate. Records may be removed and access limited.
Ranking
There is an all-time ranking and a weekly ranking (reset every Monday). Suspicious records may be removed.
Ads
The App may show ads supplied by ad networks, whose content we are not responsible for.
Changes and termination
We may change or end the App without notice and are not liable for resulting damages.
Disclaimer
The App is provided as is. Except for intentional acts or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
